These terms apply when you use Kage ("the app"), made by Aoble ("we", "us"). By using Kage you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What Kage does
Kage plays parts of the game Ninja Rift for you, such as missions and hunting battles, by looking at the screen and tapping, the way you would with your finger. It follows the routine you set in the app (the missions and places you tick and your skill order) with fixed rules, and does not plan or decide anything on its own.
Kage does not change the game, read its memory or network traffic, or use your game account outside the game on your screen. It never asks for your password; never type it into Kage.
Kage is an independent app. Ninja Rift, its name and its content belong to their owners.
2. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for how you use Kage and for following the rules of Ninja Rift.
- Kage spends what the game asks for the things you tick, for example Travel Tickets for trips to Lightning Village or hunting attempts. Check your choices before you start a run.
- Watch Kage while it runs, at least from time to time, and stop it if something looks wrong.
3. Permissions
Kage needs the accessibility service and permission to show over other apps. You can turn them off at any time in Android's settings; Kage then stops working until you turn them on again. See the Privacy Policy for what they are used for.
4. No guarantee
Kage is provided "as is". It reads the screen and can make mistakes: it may lose battles, pick the wrong button after a game update, or stop. We don't promise that it works without errors or with every version of the game or of Android.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost game progress, items, currency or tickets, for actions the game's operators take on your account, or for any indirect or consequential damage from using Kage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
6. Changes and ending
We may update Kage, change these terms or stop offering the app. When the terms change, the new version will be in the app with a new effective date; using Kage after that means you accept it.
